Garland – Happy Birthday

The garland is truly unique in that the letters don?t come pre-assembled, this allows for more flexibility to adjust the placement of the letters and balloon accents. You can really spread them out or keep the letters close together. The letters all have gold foil accents and the two balloons have real gold thread hanging from it. This method also makes it easier to pack down and keep for next party because the cord can easily be wound up and kept neatly with the letters.
