About the European Rabbit
European rabbit is a leporidae and its distinguishing features are the strong hind legs. It has two extra teeth behind the front teeth, differentiating it from other rodents. The large front teeth grow continuously. The rabbit builds a network of burrows, up to 45 metres long, where it spends the day sleeping and preening since they are most active in the morning and the evening. They live up to 10 years if they can avoid predators such as fox or birds of prey.
